- Wage will be $18-25/hour depending on experience

- Produce and manage presentations
- Oversee office including some financial reconciliations
- Manage travel and ensure all details are covered
- Oversee Events-customer visits, tours, open houses, team member appreciation activities
- Keep registrations and customer-required forms current and provide as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant, office manager, personal assistant, or equivalent preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Office 635
- Effective human relations and communication skills
- Utilize good judgment and problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage dynamic workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
WORK SCHEDULE
Day Shift Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, flexible to work occasional overtime or adjust schedule as needed a must.
