Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the office by performing administrative support, managing office resources, and assisting with various tasks and projects to help the office run smoothly.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Gather quotes from vendors for various projects and office needs
· Manage and organize office documents, records, and files
· Monitor onsite vendor appointments
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
· Process invoices and expenses for payment
· Assist Office Supervisor on all projects
· Greet and check in visitors
· Answering phone calls inquiries
· Scheduling meetings and order caterings
· Handling expense reports
· Helping the team with company events
· Assist with shipping and booking travel
· Stocking vending machine
· Perform other related tasks as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
· Positive attitude and the ability to work well with managers, co-workers, customers, and vendors
· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain a prominent level of attention to detail in a very fast paced business environment
· Detail oriented and able to problem solve and work independently
· Friendly and personable; adept customer service background
Education and Experience:
· High School diploma or GED
· At least one year of related office administration work experience
