We are looking for anAdministrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO who oversees 6 different companies. Admin Assistant needs to be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, the Admin Assistant will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our CEO.
Your Role
This position reports directly to the CEO
- Maintain multiple calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings
Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond and/or coordinate issues when necessary
Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes during meetings.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Run errands as requested
Work on special projects as necessary
Requirements
5+ years experience in an Administrative Assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Trustworthy and reliable
Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
- Familiar with Social Studio and Salesforce
