Job Description
Pay Rate = $25.00 - $27.00/hr. W2
The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for transferring all hard-copy employee files into the newly implemented e-system.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing the below administrative human resource tasks on a confidential and professional level while under the supervision of the HR Partner.
- Responsible for creating virtual and printed files for active employees.
- Accurately purge files for terminated employees based on the company records retention policy.
- Scan, upload, and track Restrictive Covenant Agreements into Workday (HRIS).
- Support with full cycle associate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer biweekly payroll audits and monthly OSHA hours worked reporting.
- HRIS transactions and processing.
- Previous HR experience not necessary but preferred.
- Minimum of Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook experience.
- Must be able to multitask and handle a fast past environment.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision for routine tasks.
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills (polished and professional).
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills,
- Strong attention to detail/ accuracy, meeting deadlines, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities,
- Strong initiative, and accountability. Ability to adhere to company policies and guidelines,
- Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access), internet skills.
- Workday experience a plus.
