ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor the LEP South emailsVerify availability of requested equipmentOrder equipment from 3rd party vendors as requestedEnsure Technicians work schedule is currentMaintain an open line of communication with the Sales Department and TechniciansAssist with coordinating work between Customers and TechniciansAccount for all equipment in and out of inventoryAssist with conducting monthly inventory countsReview all Loaned Equipment Proposals ensuring accuracy prior to request for approvalCreate Loaned Equipment AgreementsRecord all work orders and agreements in DM2 (ERP)Update customer agreements for all returned equipmentSupport Leadership team with tracking performance of customer agreements with Loaned EquipmentResponsible for tracking service calls and recording cost per job, expenses tied to work orders, etc.Coding vendor invoicesQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Must type at least 30 words per minuteWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, and OutlookMust have extreme attention to detailAbility to multi-taskExcellent communication and customer service skillsAdditional InformationThis role is part of the SC Fuels team - a pilot company 36443
