Compensation: $13-$16

Employment Type: Full-Time

Our Junk Removal and Cleaning Company is looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant with a can-do attitude to join our growing team!

The Administrative Assistant role will include the daily tasks but not limited to the following:

·        Customer service

·        Excellent computer skills

·        Data Entry

·        Handling the phones both incoming and outgoing calls

·        Scheduling appointments and bookings

·        Liaising with field technicians and management team

·        Updating CRM and other systems either in real-time/timely manner

·        Other duties as required to support business needs

The skills required for this position are as follows:

·        Fluent in English both verbal and written

·        Spanish is considered an asset

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Strong sense of urgency

·        Ability to multitask

·        Excellent organizational skills

·        Critical thinking

Hours:

This full-time position is 40 hours per week with availability from Sunday to Friday.

This role is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office and 1 day of work-from-home

Two days off per week

This position is fast-paced and will keep you on your toes. No 2 days are alike and we are looking for a proactive, critical thinker and a team player with room to grow with the company!
