Noack & Company CPA's is hiring a FT Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an administrative support position in our CPA firm, and the selected applicant will work directly with several of our CPA's in office and as such will involve reception duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, receiving documents and logging them in, scheduling appointments, A/R and A/P, vendor communications, coordinating signature requests, etc (for them and their clients exclusively). This is M-F 8:30-5 in our Fort Myers location. We offer health ins, supplemental insurance (Aflac), 401k with matching, quarterly bonuses and paid vacation time. Starting pay will be $19/hour.
This is a fast paced work environment and applicant must be comfortable multi tasking as well as utilizing various technologies simultaneously on the computer. Attention to detail is extremely important as this is a position in the tax and accounting world.
