Job purpose
The Operations Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager through a variety of daily and monthly tasks.
Duties and responsibilities
- Faxing, photocopying and other general office duties as necessary.
- Prepare weekly schedules.
- Provide the executive team with weekly reports.
- Facility management.
- Conduct quarterly quality audits.
- Monitor the maintenance of the facility, including but not limited to janitorial, HVAC, Lighting, Overall building condition, and floor cleaning.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for the Operations and or executive operations team.
- Planning and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with the Monitoring of ADP Workforce Plus labor budgets and weekly schedules companywide.
- Data entry
- Assist with forcasting.
- Gather data for the executive team and configure it into ready to analyze reports.
- Conduct quarterly safety audits.
- Update company trackers including but not limited to: shooting outs, coupons
- Assist with reviewing applicants.
- Assist with Policy and Procedure creation and updating.
- Renewal and execution of company permits.
- Assist during busy seasons with warehouse, phone calls and supply place calls.
- Assist during heavy sales in warehouse processing.
- Assist the operations team with any other various assigned duties.
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
- AA or BA Degree: Business, management, economics, communications, etc.
- Advanced expertise in Windows, Excel, Word, and spreadsheet proficient
- Strong communication, high attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are a must
- Solid job tenure and work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and follows through with urgency
Working conditions
The primary area of work is within an open office environment with occasional work from home.
This is a Full-time hourly position. This position may require overtime occasionally.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $27.50 - $31.30 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
