Job Description:
With minimum supervision, responsible for administrative duties of broad scope and complexity requiring independent judgement and familiarity with applicable procedures.
We"re looking for someone with very advanced Excel skills that will help us with data mining and setting up improved processes to assist in Supply Chain improvement. Someone that can pull information from excel based data files and organize it into helpful process improvements that may include things like automatic emailing files to suppliers and inputting information back into our AMAPS system. Taking an existing Excel based report and making it much more useful be eliminating fields and importing in other fields from different excel files. We would like someone with very advanced Excel skills. Pivot tables, V looks ups, Creating Macros.
Responsibilities:
* Following established procedures, perform a variety of administrative responsibilities.
* Operate word processor, personal computer, or CRT to perform the full scope of word processing, graphics and/or publishing applications
* Creating documents containing financial or statistical data or scientific, technical or legal terminology.
* Enter and manipulate data on spreadsheet, data base or file management programs and perform a broad range of typing projects.
* Set priorities and procedures for accomplishing work.
* Collect data, conduct research and compile information
* Compose, analyze and distribute documents. Proofread and correct grammatical, typographical, compositional, or data errors.
* Conduct meetings or presentations.
* Conduct inquiries into specific problems, such as delays, to ensure objectives are being met.
* Communicate potentially negative situations to management in a constructive manner.
* Read mail, highlight action or important items, attach relevant files or information before distributing.
* Respond to routine correspondence or draft routine responses for review and signature.
* Interface effectively with team members, functional departments and customers.
* Screen calls, respond to routine questions and receive and/or escort visitors.
* Schedule appointments and make domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Coordinate with internal and external executive‐level staff to schedule in‐house and off‐site meetings.
* Coordination may include arrangements for travel and hotel accommodations, meal menus, recreational programs, guest speakers and developing agendas.
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date files and record systems. Maintain confidential records and reports.
Requirements
* 3 years of related office experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
* High School Diploma / GED
* Ability to accurately type 55 wpm
* Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
* Must be proficient in Excel.
* Experience in tracking or processing orders a plus.

Con supervisión mínima, responsable de tareas administrativas de amplio alcance y complejidad que requieren criterio independiente y familiaridad con los procedimientos aplicables.
Responsabilidades:
* Siguiendo procedimientos establecidos, realiza una variedad de responsabilidades administrativas.
* Operar procesador de textos, computadora personal o CRT para realizar todo el alcance de aplicaciones de procesamiento de textos, gráficos y/o publicaciones.
* Crear documentos que contengan datos financieros o estadísticos o terminología científica, técnica o jurídica.
* Ingresa y manipula datos en hojas de cálculo, bases de datos o programas de administración de archivos y realiza una amplia gama de proyectos de mecanografía.
* Establecer prioridades y procedimientos para realizar el trabajo.
* Recopilar datos, realizar investigaciones y compilar información.
* Redactar, analizar y distribuir documentos. Revisar y corregir errores gramaticales, tipográficos, de composición o de datos.
* Realizar reuniones o presentaciones.
* Realizar investigaciones sobre problemas específicos, como retrasos, para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos.
* Comunica situaciones potencialmente negativas a la gerencia de manera constructiva.
* Lea el correo, resalte acciones o elementos importantes, adjunte archivos o información relevantes antes de distribuirlos.
