Administrative Assistant ( 2+ Years Experience Required )

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data records.

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Enter and update customer information, orders, invoices, and other data into the system
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculations and verifying numerical data
- Familiarity with computerized systems and databases
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications, including Excel
- Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quick Books
