Opening for an Administrative Assistant

You should be an experienced customer-focused professional who will help keep our customers commercial vehicles on the road, while also working to help drive profit through sales of service, repairs, and parts.
Our company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who can also help with scheduling, customer service, software, and more.
Must be personable, outgoing, organized and pay attention to details. Should be a problem solver, multi-tasker, team player, hard worker, self-driven, motivated and dependable. Pay will be based on your experience and skills.
For this position you should have the following skills:
Data entry, with excellent and accurate typing skills.
Post jobs, screen applicants, conduct phone and video interviews.
Well versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Schedule and coordinate staff, management, and other meetings.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Prepare communications, memos, emails, invoices, reports, instructional documents, and other correspondence.
Ability to help with onboarding and training of new employees.
Answer incoming phone calls and deliver world-class service to our customers.
Carry-out duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent reading and comprehension skills
