Job Description: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our office and provides a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in the healthcare and ABA field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Handle client communications, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the office.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and client services.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management systems.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interest in the field of ABA therapy and special education.
