Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialists

Kirby School, a highly respected 6th through 12th grade independent college preparatory school in Santa Cruz, is seeking a Full-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist (AR/AP Specialist) in our Business Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, experienced professional to join a highly respected educational institution.

The primary responsibility of the AR/AP Specialist entails handling full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including, but not limited to: accurate coding and entry of accounting related transactions, vendor payments, the timely submission of customer invoices, receiving payments, creating bank deposits, reporting and managing vendor and customer relations. This position works with a 3rd party accounting firm and reports directly to the Head of School.
