Automotive Accounts Payable - Summary
Compiles and maintains verified Accounts Payable records. Reconciles statements and issues payment to vendors.
Automotive Accounts Payable - Essential Duties

• Entering invoices into the CDK system and preparing checks.
• Prepares Accounts Payable checks.
• Posts all open items in Accounts Payable daily.
• Prints all Accounts Payable reports and maintains all Accounts Payable files.
• Reconciles statement and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
• Reconciles cash schedule.
• Provides title clerk with information on all purchased vehicles for title list.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Automotive Accounts Payable – Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in CDK computer system is preferred or willing to train
• Willing learn new skills
• Knowledge of account payables in a dealership
• Positive personality
• Professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
