We are searching for an experienced and highly organized professional to join our Accounting team. The successful applicant will be able to balance multiple tasks at once and prioritize projects based on criticality. The ideal candidate has extensive office experience, the ability to work independently and well with a team, and is highly proficient in current Microsoft Office programs.
Responsibilities:
- Type invoices into computer from vendors and send out payments.
- Answer phones as needed.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Answer questions from vendors about past due invoices.
- Reconcile health accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
