Accounts Receivable Clerk

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for overseeing the day to day processing of billing, payments, customer service, and research.

- Apply customer payments to accounts.

- Prepare monthly statements.

- Research short pay invoices or overpayments.

- Answer calls and customer service.

- Collections calls on past due accounts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization
• Energetic, detail-oriented, willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
