Position Overview
The Customer Support Representative position is held by a highly motivated and organized
individual with superior attention to detail and the ability to provide excellent customer service to
our clients. This position will respond to several customer inquiries, which will include dealer
titling questions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer's phone, email, and other forms of communication
- Assist users with their on-line transactions
- Assist customers with clarifying title corrections needed
- Answer customer's questions related to DMV's Dealer Titling process
- Help users with our products and their accounts
- Help Internal staff with our products and their dealers accounts
- Assist customers with title questions
- Provide assistance to DMV when needed
- Provide assistance to the Processing team when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all Vitu customers
- Provide On Call - after hours support - to Vitu customers
Required Experience
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of the automotive titling regulations is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions
- Excellent time management
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong computer and related technical skills is required
- Positive attitude and can work well in a team or independently
- Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment
