Accounts Receivable Administrator / Clerk

Our Finance team is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator, to support the billing functions ensuring seamless provision service in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Your Responsibilities:

To succeed as an Accounts Receivable Administrator you will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

• Responsible for the system inputs and updates for customer contracts and special terms information.
• Liaise with Sales & Contracts teams for the correct interpretation and notation of complex special terms.
• Provide support on the onboarding process for new clients.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, assigning tasks to individual team members or responding when appropriate.
• Support the pre-flight cost quoting process.
• Assist when required in the creation of reports on flying activity and other statistics.
• If and when needed, will need to provide ad-hoc assistance to other Vista global teams.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Impeccable attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy of data entry between systems.
• Proactive attitude to communication with internal stakeholders.
• You will be able to work at a fast pace, sometimes under pressure, to manage a challenging workload for demanding clients.
• Finance-based education or previous experience in a finance based role preferred.
• Microsoft excel experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
