Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk!

Responsibilities:

Process all incoming accounts payable invoices, including:

Verifying accuracy

Assigning appropriate general ledger codes

Assisting with the invoice approval process

Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments

Perform vendor account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies

Assist with various accounting tasks as assigned

Excellent customer service skills

Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills

Highly reliable and trustworthy

Proficiency in data entry and a passion for numbers

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk (or similar role)

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

High School diploma

At least five years of experience directly related to the duties above

Four-Day Work Week

Pay: $20.25 - $24.38 per hour
