We are looking for an AP Specialist in Pasadena to assist our client. This client is in the real estate/investment industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable
- Matching and coding invoices
- Obtain appropriate approvals from managers
- Reconcile vendor's statements and bank transactions
- Perform weekly check runs via wires and checks
- Vendor management
- 1099s
- Assist with month-end closed
- 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience handling large-volume invoices (200+ invoices weekly)
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Prior experience using Yardi preferred
- Strong working knowledge in MS Excel - vlookup/pivot tables
Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $67,000.00 per year
