Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland Community Action Commission (KHCA) Administrative Office
Status: Regular Full-Time
Description: Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Accounts Payable Specialist processes payables and completes internal and external reporting. Codes invoices and enters for payment. Prepares, prints and disperses Accounts Payable checks and reconciles files with vendor statements. Maintains vendor files. Assists with the monthly closing process. Assists with the preparation for the annual audit and program and funder audits and reviews.
Experience: Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school , two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination or education and experience.
