Sales Representative

We are in search of an experienced Sales Professional to join our Home Alliance online Academy. In this role, you will drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the Online Appliance Repair Academy.
• Identify Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments.
• Product/Service Expertise: Be an expert of the products or services being offered.
• Collaborate with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Set and Monitor Goals: Follow clear sales goals and objectives set for the team, monitor individual and team performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• English language skills - Native Level
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets within a competitive market environment.
• Familiarity with the appliance repair industry or a background in sales within the home appliance industry is desirable.
