Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH is assisting our client with their Accounts Payable Specialist position in Gahanna, OH. The ideal candidate will have full cycle Accounts Payable experience as well as work in a fast paced environment. This position will process full cycle Accounts Payable and make sure invoices are hitting the budget.

Responsibilities

• Review, code and record invoices from vendors

• Process expense reports from employees

• Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner

• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• General ledger experience would also be helpful

• Comfortable with pivot tables and formulas in Excel

• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
