SalaryLoop Law Firm is looking for a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized to help in a law firm accounting office. Prior office administrative experience or accounting experience a plus. Experience working in a law firm helpful. Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Entering vendor invoices into the system for multiple offices
· Cutting daily and weekly checks
· Reconciling vendor accounts
· Filing
· Responds to partner/vendor inquiries
· Special projects
Job Requirements:
· Proficiency in Word and Excel
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Attention to detail a must
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
· Must be organized
· Ability to multi-task
· Must be able to prioritize
