Accounts Payable Specialist

Utilizing their experience, the AP Specialist will be responsible for Accounts Payable, some billing in Accounts Receivable, and other Accounting and Administrative Task as requested. Utilizing their experience, the AP Specialist will be responsible for Accounts Payable, some billing in Accounts Receivable, and other Accounting and Administrative Task as requested.

Daily responsibilities include:

· Entering and coding Accounts Payable invoices

· Posting Invoices to Customers

· Processing Expense Reports

· Creating payments to Vendors including ACH and Check payments

· Prepare 1099’s at Year-end.

· Reconcile Vendor Aging report to General Ledger balance

· Other Tasks as Assigned

Qualities/Traits Required

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to meet deadlines

Familiarity with accounting software and programs

Intermediate Excel Skills

Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:

· High School diploma with AP experience

Experience:

· 3 - 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
