Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator responsibilities include but not limited to:

• process "on demand" and weekly checks
• review and code invoices for documentation and approval
• process/pay all utility bills
• process/pay monthly Visa statements and petty cash
• sorting/processing incoming mail

Accounts Payable Coordinator's qualifications:

• prior Accounts Payable experience
• proficient in Microsoft office
• Quickbooks experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.75 per hour
