Accounts Payable Clerk

Standard Enterprises has an immediate opening for an Account Payable Clerk at our home office in Monroe, LA!

Responsible for:

• Paying bills for assigned properties
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Posting payments
• Keeping current and creating new excel spreadsheets for specific properties
• Corresponding with property managers, district managers and other management personnel
• Tracking and verifying purchase orders

Requirements

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work closely with others in a team atmosphere
• At least one year of previous Accounts Payable experience
