Compensation:$16.50 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Reconcile supplier and purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding Accounts Payable.
- US Citizenship/Work Authorization.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Detail-oriented skills demonstrated through an assessment.
- Microsoft Office skills demonstrated through an assessment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
