The Opportunity
The position ofAccounts Payable Clerk is within our Toxicology Business Unit located in Santa Rosa CA. This person in this role will manage AP email, enter invoices, and process checks/eft runs.

What You’ll Work On
- Accounts Payable assists companies with invoicing and billing. Key duties and responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Clerk include:
- Managing Accounts Payable using accounting software and other programs
- Handling Accounts Payable for separate entities and vendors
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts
- Maintaining historical records
- Process checks and EFT run.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AP/ER is preferred.
- Previous Finance and PC knowledge is preferred.

The base pay for this position is $21.55 – $43.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
