Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an individual who will be an enthusiastic part of our accounting team. We are an HOA management company looking for a candidate to handle a variety of responsibilities.

Position key responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of A/P - input invoices, process checks
• Vendor communication
• Preparing month-end reports - bank reconciliation
• Scanning and filing a high volume of paperwork
• Communicating directly with clients on any A/P related questions or issues
• Data entry as necessary
• Performing other accounting duties as assigned

Role qualifications:

• Bookkeeping/accounting experience, including AP, AR, knowledge of accounting control procedures
• Desire to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, taking ownership for the responsibilities and ensuring accuracy
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to

learn new computer applications

• Ability and desire to learn quickly
• Detail-oriented and passion for getting the details right
• Mentality that no job is too big or too small
• Excellent customer service, with vendors, customers, and employees
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
