We are looking for an individual who will be an enthusiastic part of our accounting team. We are an HOA management company looking for a candidate to handle a variety of responsibilities.
Position key responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of A/P - input invoices, process checks
- Vendor communication
- Preparing month-end reports - bank reconciliation
- Scanning and filing a high volume of paperwork
- Communicating directly with clients on any A/P related questions or issues
- Data entry as necessary
- Performing other accounting duties as assigned
Role qualifications:
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience, including AP, AR, knowledge of accounting control procedures
- Desire to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, taking ownership for the responsibilities and ensuring accuracy
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to
learn new computer applications
- Ability and desire to learn quickly
- Detail-oriented and passion for getting the details right
- Mentality that no job is too big or too small
- Excellent customer service, with vendors, customers, and employees
- Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
