Job Description:
As an Accounting Clerk, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance department, supporting various accounting functions to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment processing,
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and updating our database accordingly.
Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Providing general administrative support to the Controller as needed.
Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings.
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting documents and records.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in Quickbooks and Netsuite
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Netsuite.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Well organized.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
A keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
