Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Description: Chalk Couture, a creativity-driven Direct Sales Company, is seeking a, A/P Clerk in Draper, UT. This would be a part-time position, working approximately 20-25 hours a week.  Hours worked are flexible with at least 3 days worked in office per week.

Responsibilities:

• Enter AP invoices for payment.
• Enter Abacus (expense management system) credit card transactions.
• Daily bank accounts reconciliations.
• Various month end tasks and reconciliations as assigned.
• Place various online office supplies and breakroom reorders.
• Follow our company’s established accounting processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite a plus.
• Basic organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
