Accounting Clerk

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute invoices
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Perform all other office tasks

​Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work legally in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Must be knowledeable about the logistics industry
• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related field.
• Competency in MS Office, Quickbooks or other accounting software.
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask
• Accuracy and attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
