Responsibilities:
- Record daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and expense transitions in QuickBooks program
- Responsible for posting various expense, revenue, and payment transactions
- Monitor receivables and payables
- Work closely in various portals for vendors and customers to download appropriate information and invoices
- Manage and support organized accounting department
- Assist with subcontractor payments
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Skills:
- Accounts Payable

- Prefer trade industry experience
- Bookkeeping

Associate Degree
