Accounting Clerk - Part Time

Copart is seeking an Accounting Clerk for immediate consideration in our Fairfield, California office. Recent college graduates and those with no more than 2-3 years of experience are highly encouraged to apply! The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:
This will be a Part-Time position:
Responsibilities/Duties:

• Responsible for preparing and submitting invoices for payment approvals in Accounts Payable database.
• Maintains detailed documentation in propriety system(s) of submitted invoices, including follow-up and related internal and external correspondence.
• Informs Manager of problems related to invoices and works with Manager and all parties involved to ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinates special projects and assignments as required.
• Deposit preparation

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to appropriately & effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities & deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Work and Outlook.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• A positive & compassionate attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
