Description
Audit Clerks verify the accuracy of figures and calculations relating to business transactions. Reconcile data from external vendors and internal employee transactions.
Requirements
Essential Functions

• Maintain the integrity of revenue paperwork
• Maintain bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software
• Maintain and verifying transactions
• Review, summarize and audit revenue paperwork
• Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Assist with reconciling and reporting
• Greet and talk politely with customers
• Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
• Function as a team member and get along with others
• Adhere to daily work schedule
• Work weekends, any shift, holidays and overtime as needed
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Physical requirements

• Grasping, bending, twisting, squatting,
• Move, lift (minimum height of 4' on a regular basis), and carry a minimum of 50lbs
• Walk, stand, climb ladders, be on feet entire shift

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years previous cash handling experience preferred
Age requirement
Minimum age 21
Background check required
