Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are a well-established equipment provider, offering services to industrial markets with a strong emphasis on heavy equipment and specialized fleet rental needs. We are currently seeking an individual experienced in Accounts Receivable to join our growing team!

General Overview of Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices
• Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments
• Maintain A/R records and files
• Maintain up-to-date billing system
• Prepare bank deposits
• Perform account reconciliations
• Monitor customer account details for delayed payments, non-payments, etc.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process credit card payments
• Investigate and resolve customers queries
• Communicate with customers via telephone or email
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least five years of A/R experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Professional and clear communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
