Accounting And Payroll Specialist

Seven Hills Anesthesia is the largest private practice anesthesia provider in the Greater Cincinnati area. We are looking to expand our team at our central business office by adding an Accounting and Payroll Specialist.

This is a part-time position and will work an average of 20-24 hours per week. The pay rate is $18-$20 per hour based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Cash Posting

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

- Prepare payroll and reconcile payroll taxes

- Help process invoices and payments

- Process expense reports and maintain expense software

Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree in relevant field preferred- 2 or more years of relevant work experience

Physical Demands/Working Conditions- This position works in an office setting during traditional business hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers and is occasionally required to move to stand or walk; will use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; bend; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. This position requires regular oral and written interaction with employees, clients, and vendors.
