Payroll Specialist
Position Summary:
Osborne Accounting Services is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Marion, OH. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for clients. This position will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees and coordinate with Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely employee payroll.
- Ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Process paychecks for all employees in a timely manner.
- Prepare payroll reports for each department.
- Prepare pay stubs for each employee.
- Assist with the processing of employee benefits.
- Assist with the processing of employee expense reports.
- Assist with the processing of employee expense deductions and reimbursements.
- Ensure that all payroll records are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Ensure that proper documentation is completed on a regular basis as required by law or company policy.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
