This is a great opportunity for someone to advance in their Accounting career. You will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with our Comptroller, Business Office Manager and several more of our experienced business office staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Answers basic accounting inquiries
- Track and post fundings
- Code and post reserves including chargebacks
- Process and audit paperwork on dealer trades, wholesale, fleet and retail deals
- Clerical duties as assigned
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Advanced Knowledge of Automotive accounting
- Punctual, dependable and reliable
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
- CDK System Experience Preferred
