The Hewlett Automotive Group, a family owned dealership group, has an immediate opening on our team for a full time Administrative Assistant in our Business Office.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting their Accounting career. You will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with our Comptroller, Business Office Manager and several more of our experienced business office staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Answers basic accounting inquiries
- Post and reconcile credit card billings daily
- Code and post factory statement
- Monitor and post sublet schedule
- Code, post and process payment for payable invoices
- Clerical duties as assigned
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Knowledge of Automotive accounting
- Punctual, dependable and reliable
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
- CDK System Experience Preferred
