Account Receivable Clerk

Food processing plant in Corona, Ca is seeking a qualified Account Receivable Clerk.

Duties:

• · Cash Receipts Posting
• · Retrieving payment documents from Email and Customer portals
• · Reviewing payment deductions to verify if within agreed terms
• · Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• · Performing daily remote deposit
• · Review A/R Aging Report
• · Collections
• · Filing invoices and remittance packets
• · Prepare monthly discount schedule
