Accounts Receivable/Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable Accounting Clerk

· Process & Audit Accounts Receivable Invoices, Credit Memos, and Debit Memos in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

· Data entry of all incoming payments.

· Light Collections (Via email and phone)

· Assist with month-end and year-end closing.

· Filing and performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned by AR Staff Accountant.

· Works as an effective team member to complete assigned tasks. A willingness to learn and adapt to changing routines.

Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Accounting Clerk

· High School Diploma

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accounting Clerk preferably with a focus on Accounts Receivable.

· 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.

· Advanced knowledge of Excel and Accounting software programs. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a PLUS.

· Keen attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills.

· Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

· Excellent problem-solving.

· Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
