HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Credentialing Specialistto fill an opening with an outstanding managed care company in Scottsdale, AZ.
Daily Responsibilities for Credentialing Specialist:
- Respond to pharmacy questions, provide pharmacies with technical support related to online questionnaire submission, issue research and resolution
- Reviewing pharmacy questionnaire responses, maintain accurate documentation and tracking of re-credentialing records
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- Education or experience equivalent to a 4-year college degree is required
- 2 to 3 years of related experience is required. (Credentialing/ Compliance background)
- Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Access
Preferred Qualifications for Credentialing Specialist:
- Education or experience equivalent to a 4-year college degree is required
- (Credentialing/ Compliance background)
- Minimum Data Entry 60 WPM with 100% accuracy
