Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

East Bay Motorsports, established in 2001, is the Bay Area’s premier power sports dealership.

We represent the following brands at our East Bay location:

Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Polaris, CF Moto, and KTM

We are in search for an Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk that is attentive to detail, thorough, possess a strong work ethic, and is professional and courteous when working with others.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completing end of day cash reconciliations
• General Office Responsibilities - Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents
• Maintains accounting databases by entering AR and AP into LightSpeed – our accounting software
• Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
• Ensuring that all payments are sent on time
• Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
• The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information, whether it’s information for the company or for individuals
• The willingness and ability to comply with local, state, and federal financial regulations, as well as the regulations established by the company itself

Qualifications/Skills:

• Accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reporting skills
• Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
• Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
