Accounts Receivable Clerk/Administrative Assistant

We are a fast growing window covering manufacturer in Santa Fe Springs seeking an Accounts Receivable / Administrative Assistant.

This is an on site position (not remote)

Duties:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and trial balances.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing.
- Process Accounts Receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recording of employee compensation.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Perform cash flow analysis and monitor cash flow activities.
- Support corporate finance activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist with internal and external auditing processes.
- Utilize accounting software, such as Xero, to record and track financial transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software, such Quickbooks or other ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
