Youth and Teen Administrative Assistant
Compensation

We need you to fill the role of Youth and Teen Department Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, hourly, position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with and provide support for multiple people, teams, and departments
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Possess at least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and administrative support field.
- Pass all required criminal history background checks (which includes an FBI fingerprint check).
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification, or acquired within first two weeks of employment.
- Adhere to our Mission, Core Values, and all HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- We are Shalom Austin, the hub of Jewish life in Central Texas.
- We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization comprised of the Jewish Community Center (JCC), Jewish Federation, Jewish Family Service (JFS), and the Jewish Foundation.
- The majority of our programming operates on 40+ beautiful acres on the Dell Jewish Community Campus in the live music capital of the world – “weird” Austin, Texas.
