SUNDAY Wellness Coordinator – DRIPBaR Burleson

We need a happy and upbeat part-time Wellness Coordinator who is passionate about health and wellness, to help us promote and deliver intravenous vitamin therapies to support our client’s healthy lifestyles. Our clients are interested in anti-aging, health support, improving energy and mental sharpness. They are not waiting to get sick; they are working to stay well. We also support many clients battling through chronic illnesses such as cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cognitive impairment, and other challenging conditions that are only partially addressed by conventional medicine.

THE DRIPBaR is the fastest growing national franchise for IV Vitamin therapy. We provide our customers with the freshest, highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin drips that deliver essential nutrients right at the cellular level for maximum absorption in a med spa setting.

The right candidate will be confident, outgoing, and be interested in the complementary, client centered healthcare and will usually do a little bit of everything. They occasionally work events representing our organization, they are also seen at the entrance of our center, welcoming guests and clients. They answer questions, explain our products and membership options, screen phone calls, confirm appointments, relay instructions, post and make reels for our social media (as needed), update marketing reports, participate in special event marketing, and help our nurses.

The ideal candidate must multitask without getting stressed or overwhelmed and have fundamental computer skills. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work independently.

THE DRIPBaR Wellness Coordinator will work with our RNs throughout the client experience. They will be sympathetic to a patient's needs and be able to interact with people in various emotional states. They will work with specific protocols with our RNs, so attention to detail is crucial. Our clients have differing needs and stages of health so being organized and knowing how to prioritize is a must.

You will be communicating directly with clients who may have a lot of questions. You will need to be a patient listener and good communicator. And have a passion for learning more about preventative/proactive approaches to health and willingness to share your knowledge with your patients.

Job Duties:

• Managing office communications—fielding organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail
• Scheduling and managing clients
• Maintaining contact lists
• Representing office interests in relationships with external associates and clients
• Posting to social media, responding to email, and supporting team
• Take pictures of clients for social media
• Staff events to promote The DRIPBaR memberships and services
• Clean and maintain premises throughout the day and perform end of day cleaning requirements

Requirements

• Must possess EXCELLENT customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• The ability to offer relevant suggestions for IVs or supplements, willing to learn
• Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of duties
• Be prompt and prepared at all times
• Remember key details as multiple people make verbal, hand-written, and emailed requests throughout the day
• Work quickly, but accurately
• Microsoft office skills and ability to learn new software as needed
• A passion for wellness and willingness to learn about nutrition, vitamins and supplements
• Flexible schedule must be able to work weekends.

Working Conditions

May work around usual office and outpatient conditions. During busy periods, may require long periods of time standing and/or walking and overseeing multiple clients at a given time.. May work around biohazards. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible. Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs /maintenance.

Compensation includes the following:

Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be required during peak periods.
