Qualifications:

-Friendly, warm, and hospitable with our guests.

-Hospitality / customer service experience in a wellness environment a plus

-Ability to be flexible and go with the flow as this is a new and exciting partnership

-Willing to go above and beyond to make the guest experience a great one

-Truly enjoys being a team player and supporting a great work environment

-The ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining presence and warmth with the guest

-Can easily navigate / learn computer software such as MindBody

Responsibilities:

- Checking in / checking out guests

- Sharing / educating what The Recovery Center has to offer team members

-Answering inquiries and scheduling appointments over the phone and in person

-Assisting IV Vitamin nurse therapy onsite

-Facilitating Red Light Therapy, HBOT, Compression boots sessions onsite.

-Turning over the Holistic Therapies after they have been utilized.

-Discussing additional enhancements and boosts with guests

-Light housekeeping in the cold plunge and sauna area such as restocking linens, hand towels, etc.

-Once a week draining the cold plunge. Cleaning and filling again.

-Ordering supplies and submitting invoices

-The ability to make suggestions on how operations can function at their optimum potential in Nutrabolt.

-Pulling and submitting reports for services

-Opening and closing responsibilities

-Coordinate services with other contracted staff i.e. housekeeping and the delivery of linens.

-Truly enjoys working collaboratively as a team

Days / Hours needed: Monday – Friday 7-3:30 or 9:30-6pm (30 min lunch)– 2 positions available

Hourly: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
