Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients in the Emergency Room (ER)
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to patients and their families
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ER or similar environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
